I've found that solving any problem – big or small – requires a good deal of effort because winning hearts and minds, changing behaviors, and shifting organizations is hard work.
I try to be mindful of this cost, and prioritize to avoid pushing a boulder up the wrong hill. I think finding the right problem to solve, and how you frame it, is often (more than) half the battle.
